To be honest, I wasn't too excited about going to Prague. I was still
pretty tired from traveling from my half term break and didn't mind
just relaxing in London, but I shouldn't complain! I was so happy that
Jamie wanted to go to Prague because it seemed as though no on else was
interested! :) It was one of the cheapest RyanAir flights I went on, but
travel wise..it was the longest because we actually flew into Brno which
was 2.5 hours away from Prague. Even though we spent most of the
weekend on the bus, we were able to do everything we wanted to do all in
one day in Prague! I went without doing any research so I wasn't sure
what I was going expect. Really enjoyed all the beautiful pastel colored
buildings, the castles, trying to figure out whats crowns were in
dollars (realizing that it wasn't that cheap after all lol), our hostel!
(BEST hostel I've been to so far! If anyone is going to Prague, go to
ART HOLE Hostel!), and even the cold! Learned a lot about Prague's
history through the free walking tour (thanks kris!) and really fell in
love with the city!
Did you know that John Lennon and even Hitler loved Prague? :o)
Hitler even saved a small part of the Jewish Town in Prague!
We both fell in love with Prague and told each other that we would come back in 20 years with our husbands :').
