Dry Bones - Nikki Fletcher

It's been about a month since the recording and I just keep patiently waiting for the album to come out already. It's not out yet, but slowly youtube clips are going up!

Love this song!

Gabby Reunited (Part 2)

My life without Gary is so quiet lol. I don't like it! I'm a little sad about writing this post because it just means that he isn't here with me anymore, but I'm so happy he came to visit especially at this time! I appreciated every single moment that we shared together in London and while traveling! I know I was big baby, but I can't help it. Thanks for confirming that it was better that we didn't study abroad together because I think it would've really hurt our relationship with each other lol and with God. Studying abroad alone made me rely on only God alone and thankfully I can be the BIGGEST BRATTIEST CRY BABY in the world and He would still tell me I'm perfect. (I'm sure Gary would too, but it would be painful for him to say haha)

Anyway, Thank you for visiting me and celebrating thanksgiving with me instead of your family! Thanks for making me laugh with all your silliness. Thanks for being so sweet to my flatmates. Thanks for introducing me to your group of friends in London! Thanks for traveling with me. Thanks for waking up to do our quiet times together. Thanks for praying for me. Thanks for teaching me how easy forgiveness is. Thanks for leaving me notes in my room before you left to make me feel less alone and homesick.

looking forward to more Gabby time soon!

Gabby Reunited (Part 1)

After picking him up early Friday morning at London Heathrow and eating a couple of hot cheetos bags he brought me we were ready to start our week of fun! Gary came to visit me for about 10 days and what did we do? EAT. Honestly, I have no point in working out because when Gabby is reunited all we do it stuff our faces with food. It was such a good week of Gabby time exploring London again, just spending time together and getting deeper into our relationship with more talks and what not. It was kind of hard playing host because Gary pretty much knows London more than me (eg. the streets, bus system, every little detail about everything!, and GOOD FOOD PLACES). I was supposed to take him around, but he ended up..taking me around London. hmph! Despite Gary knowing everything and already have experienced London life I was still able to find little things that he had never done while being here: Borough Market, Ice Bar, Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, and finally trying his first HAPPY HIPPO BISCUIT!

okay, I didn't plan too much, but time still flew by! :')

yup.

Dublin, Ireland

D: People in Ireland speak Irish.
G: Don't ever say that. It's not Irish..it's Gaelic!

As stupid as that was..I really had no idea! I've never really thought about it and always thought Irish people spoke in English..with..Irish..accents heh heh. Dublin was one of the first trips I booked, but was my last trip while being abroad. I didn't really know a lot about Dublin - just kept picturing green clovers everywhere lol but it actually wasn't that green. Learned that Dublin isn't really an area in Ireland that's known for green. Aside from London being a lot prettier/cleaner, Dublin really reminded me of London! especially when I saw a Primark copycat (Penny's hehe). One of the best things about Dublin was HOW NICE Irish people were. Idk if we were just blessed with really good people coming our way, but everyone was so cheery and so happy to help us!

After a quick RyanAir flight with Gary & KYLE (one of the sweetest guys from my program was sitting right next to me!) we arrived in Dublin and checked into our hostel/restaurant/pub! Very very cool hostel! Felt like we didn't need to go anywhere else because everything was right where we were staying. Had our first tradiational Irish meal which was so good, BUT realized that after eating around in Europe..truly KOREAN GOOD IS THE BEST! Looking forward to eating all the korean good I can when I go home! AHHHH

We only had a good full day in Dublin which limited us to only staying in Dublin. Was kind of bummed about not being able to go to the Cliff of Moher which was on the other side of the country, but that just means we'll be back to Ireland again one day, right?! right. Spent our day off with a 2 hour hike at Howth which was ohso beautiful and was happy to see so much green! We pretty much spent our day walking everywhere and eating pretty much everything we wanted. Felt so disgustingly full after this trip/Gary being here with me! GABBY MAKES ME SO FAT.

Can't believe this was my last time traveling while being here! Time flies. SO thankful to be able to do all this! :')
