The weeks are starting to go by quickly and now that I'm going to start traveling starting this weekend..I'm sure it's going to go by even faster. I definitely know that I'm going to miss London when I go back home. Starting to have thought of coming back here for school. maybe? We shall see! The future is full of possibilities! lol 

This week was the first time I hosted a friend from home in London! I had known Jannet was studying abroad, but not knowing where she was I just decided to contact her. Then to my surprise, she messages me back saying she'll be in London for a few days before returning back to LA! I haven't seen her in almost 2 years and just seeing her in front of my building Thursday was unreal! She was only here for just a few days, but it was such so encouraging to hear her stories while she traveled and I could see how her character had changed from traveling alone for 3 weeks after studying abroad in Italy during the summer!! She was so confident with herself and I couldn't be happier for her. That is when I decided to book a trip to Brussels alone LOL I have no idea what I got myself into, but I know I'll be okay because God is with me wherever I go! right?! right! It'll just be a weekend to myself.

I've been learning a lot about myself these days and slowly God is relieving to me why He brought me here. Love others. Love others. Serve others before yourself. Even when I'm upset because I see that people here have turned their backs against God or don't know Him. Love others. Be selfless.

I'm still trying to get through the small talks and being polite with everyone especially my flatmates (dreading it). I can't wait to break past this period and just be able to be personal and comfortable. 

One thing is for sure though. Going to church/sg and meeting up with people outside of my program feels amazing! New faces. New environment. It's comforting to know I have a place to escape during when I need too.
